Later in September this year, Xiaomi officially unveiled the Xiaomi CiVi smartphone in China, the most beautiful smartphone in the brand’s history. Now the company is preparing to present the 12th edition of its smartphones, Xiaomi 12.
The latest information reveals some key specifications and details of the upcoming phone. Allegedly, Xiaomi 12 will be featuring the 100W fast-charging system, a 50MP telephoto, and ultra-wide lens set up.

The upcoming phone is also said to be the first smartphone to equip Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 898 chipset. Notably, last year’s Mi 11 was the first to feature Snapdragon 888 processor.

Xiaomi 12: What we know so far
Since the company has removed the “Mi branding” from its future smartphones and other devices, unlike Mi 11, the upcoming phone will be known as Xiaomi 12. The Xiaomi 12 series is going through numerous phases of leaks and rumors.
Recently, there were reports that Xiaomi 12 will be introduced next month whereas, similar to Mi 11, the Pro, Ultra, and other variants will be released in early 2022.
Considering its specifications, Xiaomi 12 is said to feature a curved display and a center-aligned punch hole for a selfie shooter. Reportedly, it will equip a 2K screen with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate adjustment, which can be switched according to the usage scenario.
Last but not the least, the device could become the first Xiaomi phone running Android 12 OS out of the box.
