According to “Khaleej Times”, the company announced the recall of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro produced in the UAE between October 2020 and April 2021 and give the statement that:
“Apple has confirmed that a small number of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may have sound problems because a component on the mobile phone module may have malfunctioned. Affected devices are between October 2020 and April 2021. Produced. ”
Even though Apple announces this recall, it is unclear how many devices have been affected by this problem.“If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not emit sound from the receiver when you make or receive calls, it may be eligible for service. Apple or an Apple authorized Service Provider will service eligible devices, free of charge.”
Apple stated on its website that it may restrict or restrict repairs in the country of origin or region of purchase.
