Xiaomi is currently gearing up to launch its Redmi K50 series under the Redmi brand. Unlike the older Redmi K-series phones, the K40 came with a gaming variant and Redmi has confirmed that they will follow a similar strategy for the upcoming Redmi K50 series.

At the moment, a well-known Weibo tipster has shared some parameters of the upcoming Redmi K50 Gaming Edition smartphone. As per the information, the smartphone will come with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor, an X-axis linear motor, and JBL dual speakers.
Coming to the mobile game’s specifications, the K50 Gaming edition will feature a high-resolution flat display, a surface covered with a Corning Gorilla Victus Glass cover, and dual VC liquid cooling for heat dissipation.
Furthermore, the phone will pack a 4700mAh battery with a 120W fast charging technology and is expected to use Xiaomi’s self-developed Surge P1 chip. Previous information suggests that Redmi K50 Gaming Edition will come with model number 21121210C and codenamed Matisse. It will use a 108MP resolution Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor.
