As per the recent information, Huawei MatePad 11 users have reported on the forum that Huawei has pushed off a new beta update with firmware version 2.0.0.239. However, the MatePad 11’s beta version is rolling in the Chinese market.

Huawei MatePad 11 2.0.0.239 beta update holds a software package size of 766 Megabytes. After installation of this update, the corresponding device owners disclose that it brings a multi-device communication sharing feature.
The multi-device communication feature can use the communication capabilities of nearby devices logged in with the same Huawei ID such as accessing the internet, making calls, sending and receiving messages.
In addition to this, the switch buttons include multi-device communication sharing, network sharing, telephone sharing, and information sharing. Further, the MatePad 11 beta testers mentioned that MatePad 11 can share its capabilities with Nova 9 series smartphones and access all communication features.
After upgrading, log in same Huawei ID on multiple devices, and to connect them, turn on the WiFi and Bluetooth. To be noted, WiFi doesn’t need to connect to the network.
How to update:
To get the latest beta update, open the settings on your phone, tap on system & updates, and then software updates. From here, tap on CHECKS FOR UPDATE and wait for the phone to fetch the latest update. Once the appeared, press the download and install option.
