One of the most unusual crossovers is back. The “Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry series” sticker dates back to the PlayStation 2 console. Dante was only available in the game for the Western market. Raid Kuzunoha appeared in the Japanese version of the game.

This is a character from another game in the series – SMT: Devil Summoner. There will be no regional restrictions in the re-release, both heroes will appear in the game. Director Kazuyuki Yamaya spoke about how the crossover with Dante appeared:
“The development team thought at first that the idea of a crossover between two different publishers was a crazy idea. However, they were also fascinated by the idea of the two characters clashing with each other and their subsequent battle. So they brought the offer to Capcom and the rest is history! ”
The game will launch simultaneously worldwide on Switch, PS4, and PC consoles on May 25, 2021. The Atlus and Capcom collaboration of the unique meme comes from a simple idea: “Dante is a ‘Devil Hunter’” and Demi-fiend is “part human, part demon.” It just made sense.
