Google App gets modified with colorful account switcher, dark theme in settings and more
Google app is getting a revamped look with some big Material You design tweaks, like a colorful account switcher, dark theme in settings, good visual separation, and more. Notably, this Material You redesign was previewed in November last year.

It means the users are going to see a modified look of the Google App, especially in the settings of the app with AMOLED black background in a dark theme. It provides a clear partition, as the inner container houses the account switcher, Search history, Delete last 15 minutes, Results about you, and Reminders.

Furthermore, there is a Google logo at the top, and some options like data in Search, Settings, and the Help & feedback option. Additionally, the users will also observe a new Material You in the account switcher with Dynamic Color, which gives an eye-catching colorful viewing.
There is a more aligned bottom bar with pill-shaped indicators to help you match the new Search filters carousel design. Which uses a blue accent instead of Dynamic colors, to provide a minimal look. This will make give you a clear viewing experience.
To be mentioned, these new modifications of the Google App are currently in the beta phase, and they will be rolled out in stable form once the company optimizes its stability.
