Amid Android 14 beta 4 rollout, Google is adding Material You widgets to the Calendar application for Android devices. Eventually, the company has started rolling out a side-server update with the latest version that brings a bunch of new visual tweaks for the application.
Google has pained the Calendar app with Material You in September 2021 thought the widgets segment is a new thing. As of now, you will no longer get the current month listed in a miniature app bar. Instead, the date and day will show up in the top-left side with events.

On the flip side, the separator lines for weeks is also not visible. Besides, the top-right corner shows a more effective FAB with rounded square tabs, similar to other applications. Last but not least, the overall view of the app is changed a lot. These tweaks will gradually reach users in the coming days.
