Google renovates Find My Device app with a new logo

Google never misses a chance to amaze its consumers with useful and innovative updates for its apps and in the latest development it’s time for the Find My Device application to grab a new logo. On the flip side, the company will enable over 1 billion Android phone users to locate their tracker tags and headphones.

Initially, let’s talk about the new logo of the Google Find My Device app. So far, the symbol was confined to an ordinary design with a phone surrounded by a white pin on a green background. At that time, the app icon used to reflect a map-based nature.

In the current scenario, the application shows a crosshair layout in the official four colors, which highlights a “radar-scan” look. In addition, the new logo also signifies that the app can now perform much more operations than just finding your phone on the maps.

To be specific, the application now supports tablets, smartwatches, as well as headphones. It will let you check the location of tracker tags, headphones, and of course handsets. The US tech giant said that the app will offer an end-to-end encrypted network and ensures that no one else can see or use it for other purposes, keeping users’ security as the first and foremost place.
