Google Messages is getting a revamped Voice Recorder UI

Google is once again renovating the Voice Recorder UI for the Messages app. Notably, it is a much-needed revamp of the voice messages interface from the company, which will enhance the overall user experience and will make the functions more efficient.

Earlier, users need to tap and hold the microphone icon which resides at the bottom-right corner of the app. However, the new voice recorder UI in Google Messages has user-friendly graphics and pops up a dedicated panel with a fresh audio waveform icon.

One can playback the recording and can even go through the duration of the voice message. That’s not it! You also get two jumbo tabs – Delete and Attach. Although, sending is still a two-way process. Things are not live for everyone but will soon be official.
