Google Messages tweaked homescreen now appearing on Samsung phones

Google is working to give the Messages App homescreen a new makeover, therefore the recently made tweaks in the popular application are now appearing on Samsung Galaxy phones. However, the Google Messages homescreen redesign has not yet been widely rolled out, but users may expect its availability soon.

The new homescreen design in Google Messages aims to provide users with a more streamlined and intuitive messaging experience. As the new update brings a fresh and modern look to the app’s interface, enhancing the overall user experience.

According to the information, the new update has removed the navigation drawer from Google Messages homescreen, but the “Messages” still appears as a large heading on Samsung phones. The tweak that you will notice here is that the test Messages is hooked by the four-color ‘G’, the Google branding logo.

In addition, the search field has also been removed for a magnifying icon in the corner next to your Google Account avatar and a press on that will open a menu to access Archived, Spam & blocked, Mark all as read, Device pairing, Your data in Messages, Messages settings, and Help & feedback, with some minor tweaks.

That’s it for the tweaked interface, as there is nothing additional has been found in the application, even the Messages use the old circular FAB instead of a rounded square or rectangle.

Overall, the tweaked homescreen design in Google Messages is a welcome update for Samsung phone users. With its emphasis on usability and visual appeal, this update enhances the messaging experience on devices
