‘Move to Trash’ or direct delete option
The Photos application from Google finally added the “Move to Trash” tab. Users can find this tab in the albums section. Consequently, this feature allows deleting the media (images, videos, and more) directly from the album. So far, the application only displayed the trash button on the website. But now, users can access this function.
Further, users can find this button at the bottom of the actions carousel in the info sheet. Earlier, the users were only able to use the “Remove from album” feature. This feature let the users trouble more by searching the images or videos in the main feed.
Date/Location Indicator
Google Photos also features a Date/Location indicator in the application. Users can find this new feature while browsing the application in the main feed. This new outline is at the top-left corner of the browsing field. You can find options such as Today, Tomorrow, and the completion date. Besides, the Location line appears just below the date section.
