Google Play Points

Recently, Google has released this month’s Feature Drop which contains new features coming to Android. The Feature Drop brings updates for Gboard, Sound Amplifier, Lookout, and also for Google Play Points. It has been almost four years of the launch of Google Play Points in the market.

With the latest update, Google mentioned that the users can soon use the Play Points for in-app purchases at checkout even without leaving their favorite apps and games. However, this feature will be rolled out in the coming weeks.

At the moment, you can redeem points for account credit, coupons, and in-game content from the Play Store client. The latest development in Play Points will let you apply points to purchase any in-app items. According to the company, cover the entire item with Play Points or split between Play Points and another form of payment.
