As first spotted by a user, the “Enhanced Safe Browsing” box appears just above the inbox for Android and web-based Gmail applications. The main aim of this promotion is to guard users’ data against phishing. All you have to do is, turn on the toggle and add some extra safety to your emails.

In terms of safety, Enhanced Safe Browsing works in several manners. You can check the points below.

  • Keeps you safe on Chrome and Gmail. It further improves your security in other accounts you are signed in.
  • Improves security as well as protects against phishing and malware for you and everyone on the web.
