Google is also enhancing its YouTube app on Smart TV or Android TV Platform by releasing new features and optimizations. Now, the company has pushed a new update for the YouTube app, which brings a new change in its playlist.
According to the information (9to5Google), the latest update comes with a new Playlist UI instead of playing all videos. Notably, this new UI appeared on version 2.15.006 on the Android TV or Google TV.
However, on Samsung TV, the same feature is spotted with the app version 2.1.498. As with most YouTube features, it is certain that it is launched on the server-side. Previously, when you click on the playlist option it simply play the whole playlist but now its shows the proper UI of the Playlist.
The new UI displays playlists with their names and other detailed information on the left, with options for Play All, Loop, and Save to Library. The videos are listed in order on the right side, allowing users to view the playlist from any point.
