As per the latest news, Netflix is testing a new feature that will allow users to set a reminder for viewing content. The new feature will let the users decide the time for which the content will be viewed and after the time gets over, it will automatically shut down Netflix.

This feature will be useful if you fall asleep while watching Netflix and it will also save your data and conserve the battery life of the Android device, on which you are using it. As of now this feature is limited to select Android users and will soon be available globally.
If it is available on your device you can set it by following the steps given below:
- Choose and play your favorite TV show or movie on your mobile device.
- In the upper right corner, subscribers will see a clock icon that is labeled Timer.
- Tap on Timer.
- Select 15, 30, 45 minutes, or ‘Finish Show’.
