New Quick Share logo making its way to Windows app
Earlier this month, Google and Samsung announced a collaboration that makes Quick Share a default file-sharing app on Android devices. However, the new version of Quick Share which combines the best of both apps, seems to have started making its way to the Windows app, as the redesigned logo has been spotted.
As per the details, the new version of the Quick Share app is now available on the Microsoft Store for computers running Windows 10 and Windows 11. You can now install it on your Galaxy Book laptop or any PC that features Intel’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi card.
However, this newer version of Quick Share has now become the default file-sharing system for Chrome OS devices, which helps users to share documents, files, images, links, text, videos, and more quickly and efficiently. While the user experience will be the same and transfers should continue to work as previously.
