Google recently pushed off a new beta to Gboard with a variety of features and looks like, the update has accompanied some old capabilities as well. According to the inputs, the aged voice typing feature is showing up with the Android 14 and Gboard beta builds.
Users running the latest Android 14 beta and Gboard 13.3 version would be able to see the voice typing feature within the ‘Choose input method’ system. Tappin on it will display a mini interface with a microphone, backspace, and the settings icon.

Notably, this voice dictation system is independent of Gboard and other apps. Although, you can turn off this visual appearance via Settings > System > Keyboard > On-screen keyboard and toggle off Google Voice Typing. Or else, you may wait for a stable update to fix it.
