Revamped Following Tab now available for Google News on iOS
Google News on iOS is getting a revamped following tab that provides users latest updates from the topics, sources, and locations they select to follow. To be mentioned, this redesigned following feed was initially released for Android devices back in June 2023 to provide a more seamless experience.
As of now, the Following tab just lists everything you followed, but this new design will add cards for all your Topics, Sources, and Locations. Each contains three top stories with headlines, cover images, and when it was published. Notably, the users will not be able to adjust how the cards are ordered.
Therefore, with this new addition, the Following tab of Google News becomes a better option to get an overview of your interests instead of Google News previously offered. Consequently, consumers using Google News on iOS can upgrade the app to the latest version and enjoy a better interpretation.
