Samsung Galaxy Ring already exists in Good Lock app
The leaks and rumors about the existence of a fitness tracking device that could be worn on a user’s finger were hovering on the web for a long time. However, Samsung further put a full stop to all the gossip by teasing the Galaxy Ring as the next health and wellness device at Unpacked Event 2024.
With that small teaser, it was confirmed that the South Korean tech giant is working on a new wearable device, but we were not aware of the speed of the device’s development so far. However, now it can be said that Samsung could launch its Galaxy Ring shortly as the wearable already exists on the Good Lock App.
According to the information, one Reddit user found that the Good Lock app already lists the Galaxy Ring among the devices for which you can show the battery status on a widget. This move hints that the firm is working actively on the device, simultaneously, the Galaxy Ring is also tipped to feel very light on your finger.
However, Samsung has made the required updates to the Good Lock app to provide support for the widgets when the Galaxy Ring is ultimately launched later this year.
