Samsung rolling out a new update for Nearby Device Scanning, which brings some improvements and changes to make the feature mode appropriate. This feature keeps scanning for compatible devices nearby, such as Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, and Samsung SmartThings-enabled products.
Whenever the feature detects a compatible device, it sends you a notification or a pop-up asking you if you want to connect to the compatible device. However, in order to offer Galaxy users a more seamless experience, Samsung keeps on updating this feature with some or the other releases.
According to the information, Samsung has recently rolled out a new update for Nearby Device Scanning which comes with version v11.1.13.6 and improves watch popup usability. In addition, the latest build also changes the Quick Pair popup string when Buds are in lost mode.
However, to take benefit of the recent improvements and to enjoy better watch popup usability, upgrade the Nearby Device Scanning to the latest version.
