Samsung offers a SmartThings application that allows users to control smart devices directly from their smartphones and tablets. Users can do things such as turning on lights, locate devices, and more.
According to the latest news, the company has now added the SmartThings app on the Microsoft store just like the Amazon Alexa. Now, the users will be able to operate their smart appliances directly from their windows PC including non-Samsung devices.
The users can download this service from the Microsoft store on their Windows PC. While the application is available the but currently it is unavailable to download and will soon be available in the coming weeks.

With the introduction of the SmartThings application in Windows, users can take advantage of this service conveniently and with ease of use. The launch of the SmartThings application will be useful to the Windows platform because it currently lacks dedicated applications for smart hardware from actual device makers.
In addition, the Samsung Messaging and Samsung Free newsfeed are also previously listed on the Microsoft Store and the users can take benefit from these apps on their PCs. Further, the company will also launch the Samsung Quick Sharing functionality in the future.
