Immersive View

This is a significant tool if you want to see places in 3D view on your phone. Consequently, you can zoom in and out, look around, and get information about what you see. Ahead, Google Maps brings four new cities (Amsterdam, Dublin, Florence, and Venice), and over 500 iconic landmarks to Immersive View.

Glanceable directions

Want a quick view of the route? Well, you can now see where to go next on your lock screen or route overview, without using the full navigation mode. Also, you can see how long it will take and where to turn. If you change your route, Google Maps will update it for you. This feature also works for walking, cycling, and driving.
