X formerly Twitter continues to grab strange changes these days. After several ups and downs, Twitter (X) now has an odd way to sort out your posts (tweets) when logged out. Eventually, the app now displays posts based on the count of likes rather than the date/time sequence.
According to the information, Twitter (X) profiles now highlight and sort your posts by their like counts. Some users on the “X” platform reported that the tweets are no longer sorted by date or views but by the number of likes.
On the other hand, the ability to see replies appears to be broken entirely when logged out at the moment. Ahead, to access Media and Likes tabs require users to log in. Apart from this, the company has also put a barricade to access X Pro without a Blue subscription.

Open anyone's Twitter account in incognito mode: you see their tweets sorted not by date: but by the number of likes. Including your own profile. (But you can only see your own profile when looking at it as logged out!)
Looks like a recent change. The pace of changes sped up!
