Several features have been seen in the teardown of the WhatsApp APK, but now is the time when WhatsApp beta has started to be released to users (via WABetainfo). Firstly, the latest beta update brings a new UI screen for contact information. Although some beta users have been able to use this new UI since the last beta update, it is now opening up to a wider user base.

Last year, WhatsApp released disappearing messages on Android and iOS, which allows users to send hurtful messages after some time. In August, it was reported that WhatsApp was preparing to add 90-day and 24-hour options to the disappearing messaging function. These options have now been released to the users through the latest beta update.

If you’re using the multi-device function, WhatsApp will no longer send notifications about security code changes every time the list of connected devices is updated. This update was introduced through the beta version of WhatsApp for Android 2.21.23.10 and is now available for more users with the latest update.
