Now, the company is regularly working to implement more new features in popular messaging applications. As per the latest information, WhatsApp recently released a new update through the Google Play beta program, the version number is 2.21.9.3.

Currently, it is only available for a few Android beta testers, and its changes are still under development. Talking about the modifications, the latest WhatsApp beta update has introduced a new feature called Self-Destructing Media.

The Facebook-owned company reported that the self-destructing media feature allows users to view shared files only once and is automatically removed from the recipient’s chat, allowing users to privately view images and sending videos.

Furthermore, when the user sends the image received through the self-destructing media function to the mobile phone, the user can still take a screenshot of it to save it in the memory of the mobile phone. Although the feature is under development, WABetaInfo has brought us the preview image below.
