WhatsApp has started working on a new interface for app settings. The company is pushing this change for some iOS beta testers with the latest app build and assures to bring these fresh tweaks soon on a stable update.
According to the details, the app settings page in WhatsApp iOS gains a new interface. The company has revamped the overall look and added some interesting shifts to this section. Firstly, it has replaced the main settings tab with a button – “You” which now displays your profile picture.
Eventually, it would be useful to switch to a different account when the multi-account feature will be available. Besides, there are three new entry points to better highlight the most important sections of the app. It also enables easy access to privacy, contacts list, and profile department.

Ahead, a new shortcut is placed over the profile pic that allows to video and share a personal QR code. These changes are arriving with the 23.17.1.7 version to a limited number of users via the TestFlight Beta program. Though it will soon roll out in a broader spectrum.
