WhatsApp brings tweaked call interface with new beta update

With every new day, WhatsApp initiates an interesting beta build that includes experimental features. But this time, the company is bringing some useful improvements to the application. Accordingly, WhatsApp is releasing a tweaked calling interface with additional tools to make the call aspects more efficient.

Spotted in the Android beta 2.23.17.16 version, WhatsApp is working on a tweaked call interface with a handful of improvements. The update is currently in the testing phase and is available to some beta testers via the Google Play Store.

In terms of changes, the bottom navigation bar in the calling interface now shows up the “call type” section with the end-to-end encrypted tag. Besides, there is a new button that lets you easily add more contacts to the current call, making it a conference.

Yes! Users would now be able to instantly add a contact to the call which helps in saving time, and initiate new operations at one tap. These new improvements will make their way to the general public in the upcoming days with a stable release.
