You can now take calls on Microsoft’s Windows using Samsung’s Phone app

Samsung’s Phone app is now available on the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices. You will now get pop-up notifications for incoming calls on Galaxy devices and can manage calls and send quick messages directly from the pop-up window.

The Samsung Phone app aims to offer a seamless experience between Galaxy smartphones and Galaxy Book laptops, similar to what Apple offers with its iPhone and Mac devices. It is available on the Microsoft Store.

Users can use the same phone number and mobile plan from their Galaxy phone to communicate on their PC, without needing an eSIM or a separate SIM card. The app also shows pop-up notifications for incoming calls, and users can answer, reject, or send a quick message from the pop-up window.

However, the Samsung Phone app is not the only app that allows users to link their Android phones with their Windows PCs. Microsoft’s Phone Link app can also sync call logs and messages, and even take calls via Bluetooth.
