YouTube Music for Wear OS devices is getting a prominent update that will let you browse your favorite songs in a playlist as well as albums. The latest functionality is rolling out with the 6.15 version and will soon start showing on your wearable.
Earlier, users can only surf two options while selecting an album or a playlist in the YouTube Music Wear OS app – download and play, though things are changing, and enable to browse as well. As of now, you would be able to select and play a particular song rather than listening or skipping the list to grab your favorite one.

In simple words, your queue becomes that playlist while selecting a song from the playlist just like what happens on phones. Although, picking a track from the album will initiate a radio station and the next expected song does not play.
