YouTube Music is a popular platform to listen to your favorite songs and podcasts. However, some strange activities are taking place on the app in recent times. A few users on Reddit reported that YouTube Music has suddenly raised the number of ‘liked songs’ in the playlist.
Diving into the details, YouTube Music playlists are now showing more than 5000 liked songs. Notably, there wasn’t any specified cap announced by the company. Meanwhile, other reports hint that the number has been doubled to 10000 songs for some users.

Another point is, all the songs users might have liked in the past appeared back in the playlist. As a result of which, the app shows a huge bombard of songs. Eventually, the app didn’t delete any song, but simply removed it from the playlist. As of now, you won’t lose any of your favorite songs even if you forget to check them once.
