Honda will launch Striemo three-wheeled electric scooter soon

According to the latest report, Striemo Inc., a subsidiary of Honda’s Ignition Initiative, announced that it will launch a three-wheeled electric scooter on the market by the fourth quarter of 2022.

Moreover, the electric scooter unusually adds a third wheel to make it more balanced. The robust frame and technology enhance stability to support this balance even at top speeds.

Honda says the self-balancing mechanism is an important part of the scooter’s structure, and the Striemo three-wheeled electric scooter has a top speed of 25 kilometers per hour and a range of 30 kilometers on a single charge.

Yotaro Mori, CEO of Striemo Inc., said the new electric scooters offer a unique form of transportation. It allows anyone to travel spontaneously and with fun. Mori hopes to make the Striemo one of the most popular electric scooters by making a big push. It hopes to achieve greater penetration of the company’s mobile products, starting in Japan.

Furthermore,  the Striemo three-wheeled electric scooter will debut in Japan at the end of this year, and other markets will follow. The price has not been announced yet.
