According to the latest report, electric drive is a hot spot in the automotive field in recent years, and it is also a future development trend. Volkswagen, GM, Ford, and other major fuel vehicle manufacturers are investing heavily in electric vehicles. The Hyundai and Kia brands under the Hyundai Motor Group are also vigorously developing electric vehicles, with sales of more than 10,000 electric vehicles in Europe in May.

According to data released by the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, in May, 11,453 electric vehicles such as Hyundai’s IONIQ series electric vehicles and Kia’s EV6 were sold in the European market, a year-on-year increase of 31%.
In the first five months of this year, Hyundai and Kia’s electric vehicles sold 66,106 units in the European market, a year-on-year increase of 50.7%, much higher than the same period last year. Driven by the year-on-year increase in the sales of electric vehicles, the sales of Hyundai and Kia in the European market also increased significantly year-on-year.
In May of this year, Hyundai and Kia sold 96,566 vehicles in the European market, a year-on-year increase of 9.8%; in the first five months, 454,563 vehicles were sold, a year-on-year increase of 17%.
