OnePlus 9 series counts in the second position in the flagship lineup. But in the latest edition, the OnePlus 9 series smartphone users are stuck with notification issues. And strangely, every user is dealing with a different situation and bug in the notification aspect. Let’s learn more about these issues in more detail.

A OnePlus 9 5G smartphone user recently reported that he is not able to receive new notifications when in vibration mode. As per the input revealings, the strange issue has started emerging in the notification shade after downloading the latest OxygenOS 13 upgrade. Even making changes in the Notification Settings didn’t help the user.

Reading the thread, a user suggested checking with the notification settings has the “silent notification” toggle on or not. To be mentioned, when the respective feature is in use, it doesn’t show any new alerts or notifications on the device. On checking the screenshot, it seems like the option is active and restricting the messages to fall into the shade.

Another issue is quite opposite of the one given above. Many OnePlus 9 users complained that the notifications are running late with time. Eventually, users are getting dozens of notifications that are three-four days old which is quite annoying.

“What is happening with notifications? Often they are missing for me and then suddenly come as a tsunami. I can’t keep up with it.”

In comparison to the previous issues, many users are stuck with the notification delay defect in their OnePlus 9 devices. In the beginning, the users felt that issue is arising due to the internet connection. However, even with stable connectivity, the issue continued for the corresponding device owners.

It’s not sure why this notification issue has aligned in the devices. We hope the company will soon repair it in the upcoming updates. Till then, are you also facing any such notification issues in your OnePlus 9 series handset? If yes, then let us know in the comment section.
