OnePlus 11 has successfully participated in a closed beta program and is now running in the public testing phase. Meanwhile, a OnePlus 11 user reported a face lock/unlock issue after installing the latest OxygenOS update.
According to the thread posted on the official community forum, the top-end model OnePlus 11 is dealing with an odd face lock/unlock issue. The corresponding phone holder said that he has been facing this problem for a long while, and doesn’t identify the feeder inputs.
On suggesting some solutions by other community members, the user said that he had tried out all the possible efforts and tricks that could have resolved the issue. However, none of them worked in his favor.
Another user uttered that this segment works fine on his device. The only problem arises when dark and odd lightning or bad angles of sunlight fall on the smartphone, it doesn’t recognize the face.
