OnePlus 11R has recently gained the OxygenOS 14 closed beta update and it seems as if the firmware has resulted in a third-party app crashing issue. In the current scenario, several phone holders on the community forum are reporting about the abnormal functioning of apps after the new installation.
The problem came into the spotlight when a OnePlus 11R device owner initiated a thread and mentioned the third-party app crashing issue. To begin with, the user said that Instagram is constantly crashing in favor of the latest beta firmware.
Meanwhile, another user said that in his case, a bunch of apps including WhatsApp, some Bank apps, the OnePlus Store, Instagram, and FaceBook are crashing randomly. Even after visiting the service center 2 times, he didn’t find a permanent solution to it.
How to Resolve it?
Those affected can try out clearing the Instagram App Info cache and App Info data. Thereafter, restart the device. On the flip side, you can uninstall the respective apps and then try reinstalling a stable version.
