A OnePlus Nord 2T user recently reported a network issue on his device. Even after trying every possible, he didn’t find a solution to it. Though the network problem has become a common defect for every smartphone, this story has an interesting twist.
The information is arriving from the official community forum where the user posted a thread on the network issue for the OnePlus Nord 2T. Ahead, he shared that his device is constantly showing the ‘no service or no signal’ icon at the top of the screen.
Adding more, the phone holder said that he contacted the support team to resolve the issue but didn’t receive any help. Now here lies the twist. While describing the issue, the user said that his ultimate phone runs on the OxygenOS 12.1 build.
On asking for help from the support team, they suggested updating the phone to the latest OxygenOS version. However, the user didn’t want to opt for this option as he didn’t want to lose the stock Android experience.
Anyhow, at some point, the corresponding device owner has to leave the true OxygenOS version to resolve the issue completely. This is how things work. Moreover, OxygenOS 14 beta has already stepped in for Nord 2T devices and who knows, we may get stable as well as a few stock software experiences with the new upgrade.
