OxygenOS 14 open beta is live for OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone users and while the latest version holds a variety of new offerings, it may disappoint you with some critical issues. Being a beta build, this release could trigger annoying problems that you should be aware of beforehand.
The official OnePlus moderator initially informed that being the very first open beta build for the Nord 3 devices, OxygenOS 14 may result in nasty bugs and issues. Besides, a few features may not be available right away but will approach with the upcoming versions.
Some of the known issues are as follows:
- Probable flashback issue when clicking on some cards in Shelf.
- Dual-channel network acceleration function cannot be triggered automatically.
- Abnormal display issue with the bokeh icon when switching to the front camera in portrait mode.
Apart from these, you could stuck with system lags and overheating flaws at the beginning. Don’t panic as beta firmware is expected to accompany a few defects which gets resolved with the stable rollout. We will further suggest installing the version at your own potential risk.
