Xiaomi continues to deliver the September 2023 update to its devices and in the meantime, several Redmi smartphone users are reporting about the nasty camera blur issue. Though the problem came into existence last month, the company didn’t make any effort to fix it with the latest MIUI version.
Recently, some users carrying Redmi Note 10 devices have dropped their concern on X regarding the camera blur issue. As per the revealings, both the front and rear-end cameras are working abnormally. When opening the app, it reads:
“Can’t connect to the camera. This app will be closed in 1 sec. After this, wait a minute or two and try again.”
A few users even tried visiting the service center but things didn’t work. Another disappointing news is that the respective defect has been troubling users for a long time. However, the tech giant didn’t release any fix to it.
