Samsung promises to fix NavStar navigation button issue soon

Some Samsung Navstar app users are experiencing an ongoing issue where the arrangement of added navigation buttons changes when the keyboard is activated. The problem was first reported in November last year, and despite promises of a fix, it continues to affect users.

The South Korean tech giant has acknowledged the issue and assured users that it will be fixed through a software update. According to the moderator, the problem with the navigation buttons on Samsung Navstar app will soon be fixed through new software.

However, the moderator did not provide any specific timeline, but mentioned that the schedule of FOTA updates is subject to change depending on various circumstances. So, we can only hope that the next update fixes this issue.

The moderator has not yet specified the cause of this problem, but we hope to have information soon. Meanwhile, for those who are experiencing navigation bar issues with the NavStar app, you can resolve it temporarily by disabling this function in NavStar.
