Realme CEO reveals company’s strategy to increase its reach among consumers

Recently, Realme founder and CEO Li Bingzhong shared a report, which explains the company’s growth over the past year and reveals the company’s growth strategy to increase its reach among consumers in the year 2021.

Realme has become the fastest growing mobile phone brand in the world with over 50 million sales after two continuous quarters of growth. He said the company would be ranked seventh in terms of exports by 2020.

Li Bingzhong mentioned that in 2020, Realme will rank seventh in the world in terms of shipments and rank among the mainstream brands and become a challenger and disruptor in the industry. After two consecutive quarters of growth, Realme became the fastest mobile phone brand in the world to reach 50 million sales. Realme has entered 61 markets globally.

According to Counterpoint’s third-quarter data, Realme has ranked among the Top 5 in 12 markets around the world, among which the Philippines is Top 1, Malaysia is Top 2, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Bangladesh and other countries are Top 4.

Going forward, Realme will focus more on AIoT products that represent Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). In one year, AIOT was running phones with smartphones and smart gaming features worldwide including many new products.

Realme released 27 AIoT products in 2020. Among them, in the TWS category, it became the number one in the Indian market in half a year.

In the year 2021, Realme aims to cover 5G technology to more markets around the world and will launch 5G mobile phones ahead of the network environment of each market, so that users can enjoy 5G technology for the first time, and reduce users’ future replacement costs.

In addition, Realme plans to open the world’s first flagship store, plans to open thousands of stores worldwide including India and Southeast Asia. And will add AIoT categories also usage scenarios to offline channels to cover all channels and scenarios The model reaches consumers.
