Google Messages to get animated emojis support, but with limitations

Google is adding some more tweaks to its Messages app in the form of animated emojis. So far, standard emoticons remained an amazing part of this application. However, it’s time to boost the overall chat experience with new changes.

According to the details, Google is readying a revived set of animated emojis that will spice up the Messages app. Though, there are some limitations that will arrive with this change. Eventually, the emoji will only trigger and animate when you send one emoji.

Notably, the feature is quite similar to the one we have in Telegram. On sending a single emoji, it animates and reflects a funny scene in the chat. The feature is spotted by a Redditor and we can expect it to roll out widely in the coming days.
