Google is preparing new updates for launcher and lock screen features in ChromeOS. Eventually, the launcher will enable a search control facility so that users customize the results provided on the screen. Similarly, the lock screen will bring the ability to hide profile pictures at your convenience.
According to the information, a new settings icon shows up on the right side of the search results. It further accompanies an old discovery tab to highlight interactive cards from the Diagnostics application.
On the other hand, the launcher will let you see the apps that are being installed from the Play Store in ChromeOS. Next comes, the settings and privacy section. The company is bringing a new option to keep your DP (Display Profile) secret on the lock screen.
