The latest flagship Huawei Watch 3 series has been put on the stores in South Africa. This series was launched on HarmonyOS new product launch event alongside the MatePad Series, Freebuds 4, and others.

This latest flagship smartwatch reforms the style on the wrist with its high-tech features, and a classic design. Huawei designed two models for this series- Watch 3 and 3 Pro with identical features and a slight variation in design and battery backup.

Furthermore, the standard model has three editions – Active, Classic, and Elite. On the other hand, the Pro model only comes in Classic and Elite editions. In South Africa, Huawei Watch 3 has a starting price of R7,299 in pre-sale with additional free gifts.

The Huawei Watch 3 series comes with a 3D glass design featuring a 1.4 AMOLED screen and side-mounted control buttons. It provides an eSIM slot allowing users to answer calls, install apps, attend MeeTime calls, notifications management, personal assistance, and more.

Moving on to the health features, it offers heart-rate monitoring, SPO2 tracking, skin temperature monitoring, handwash detection calories burned, sleep quality, stress levels, and more.

In addition, the models have more than 100 professional sports modes including 19 Pro modes for indoor and outdoor exercises and about 85 customs modes with auto-detection activities.

Besides, the Watch 3 can provide 3 days of battery backup in smart mode and 14 days in ultra-long battery life mode. Meanwhile, Watch 3 Pro can last long up to 5 days in a typical scenario and 21 days with battery-saving mode turn on.
