OnePlus CEO and co-founder Pete Lau recently shared his views on the flip foldable and mentioned that the company is not planning to bring any clamshell product for the moment. But it looks like OnePlus is once again confusing its fans with the new OPPO vs Samsung cover screen post on X (Twitter).
Eventually, Pete dropped a new snap this morning asking OnePlus users to choose between the cover screen design of the OPPO Find N3 Flip and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. Ahead, the chief noticed that the cover screen was getting larger with every new model.
But the major question is – does this implementation make the device useful?
Pete further said that with Find N3 Flip, the manufacturer set out to enhance the cover screen experience by ensuring photography and app experiences are polished and intuitive, mirroring the orientation of smartphone displays.

It is worth mentioning that many users chose Samsung over OPPO. Perhaps, the CEO is trying to acknowledge what users actually prefer in a flip-flop model before planning its development.
