After launching the Galaxy Tab S7 flagship tablet computer last year, Samsung recently launched a fan version of the series called Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G. Now, the company looks forward to introducing follow-up models to current high-end tablets, which can be called Galaxy Tab S8.
According to the latest information, it is reported that the South Korean technology giant will launch three new Galaxy Tab S8 series tablet computers, just like the Galaxy S series smartphones. At the same time, the top (third model) may be the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, which may have powerful features.
The leaked information came from South Korea, implying that the company conducted an investigation, which provided some detailed information about the new tablet. In addition, the new high-end tablet lineup is code-named “Basquait”, and there are three models-Base, Plus, and the new Ultra.

Basquait 1 may be the Galaxy Tab S8 tablet, which will be equipped with an 11-inch TFT 120Hz display, “the fastest next-generation”, 8GB RAM, and 128/256GB storage space. The device is equipped with a dual-camera system on the back and is equipped with an 8,000mAh battery and 45W fast charging function.
It is expected that Basquait 2 will be unveiled on the Galaxy Tab S8+. It will be equipped with a 12.4-inch OLED 120Hz display, a 10,090mAh battery and 45W fast charging, powered by the same processor and storage as the vanilla version, and a fingerprint scanner under the display. Dimensions include 575 grams weight and 0.57 cm thickness.
Finally, Basquait 3 indicates another model, which is expected to be named Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. It will be equipped with a 14.6-inch OLED large 120Hz display, and its screen size can match the laptop screen. It is only 0.55 cm thick and weighs only 650 grams, even though it is equipped with a large battery with a capacity of 12,000mAh and fast charging of 45W.
Just like its two cousins, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will also have the same processor with additional memory variants such as 8/12GB RAM and 128/512GB storage. Unexpectedly, it is expected to be equipped with dual front cameras with 8MP wide-angle camera and 5MP ultra-wide camera. Each model comes with S Pen.
Last but not least, the Galaxy Tab S8 series will be available in Wi-Fi, LTE, and 5G versions. However, there is currently no reliable information on its pricing, but the Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra start at $740, $1,120, and $1,320, respectively.
