We have already heard a lot about the upcoming Galaxy S21 series, we now have the official renders and complete specs of Samsung’s Galaxy S21 Ultra.
According to a German publication, WinFuture.de, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a 6.8-inch Infinity-O Edge display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz variable-speed high refresh rate. The S21 Ultra will also have S Pen support, but it will be sold as an optional accessory.

It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset and Samsung’s Exynos 2100 chipset, packed with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
At the back, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a quad-camera setup, a new 108MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. At the front, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with a 40MP lens. For the power, the Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging speeds. In addition, it also has an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and IP68 water resistance.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra won’t come with a charger and earphones in the box in Germany (probably in most of the regions. According to the information, in Europe, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be available in late January. For this, you will have to pay €1,399.

Earlier this month, we have seen the renders of the Galaxy S21 Ultra, it has a Note 20 Ultra like-camera bump and a curved display. Now, we have a few key specs of the upcoming flagship, thanks to 91Mobiles.
This new leak suggests that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will only be a minor upgrade over its predecessor, Galaxy S20 Ultra. The phone is rumored to come with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, Quad HD+ resolution, 5,000mAh battery, and a quad-camera setup with a 108MP main sensor.
There will be a hole-punch cutout housing a 40MP selfie camera. The S21 Ultra to come with a similar 5,000mAh like the Galaxy S20 Ulta.

The S21 Ultra is likely to come with the latest Qualcomm chipset in the US, Snapdragon 875 chipset. In the International market, it will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos chipset.
Based on the previous launches, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will run Android 11-based One UI 3.1. Samsung launched the Galaxy S20 Ultra with One UI 2.1 based on Android 10.
According to rumors, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S21 series at an Unpacked event in January and will go on sale in February.
