Asus is preparing to launch its next generation of gaming phone which is the Asus ROG Phone 5. It is expected to come with the latest Snapdragon 888 processor and many other premium features. Earlier in January, the device was spotted on the TENNA certification site with the model number ASUS_I005DA.
Now as per the latest news, a new variant of the ROG Phone 5 is also spotted on the same certification site bearing model number ASUS_I005DB with a slightly different design. It has a plain look and it does not seem to features the RGB-lit LED ROG logo and Tencent Games logo.
The certification suggests that this new phone will come as a cheaper version of the actual Asus ROG Phone 5. The newly spotted device has curved edges at the rear and a horizontal camera module with an LED flash.
As per the leaked specs, the smartphone is expected to come with a 6.5-inch OLED display. It will pack a massive 6000mAh battery and will come pre-packed with the latest Android 11 operating system.
