Apple released another beta build for tvOS 17 which ultimately confirms that the iPhone 15 Pro models will equip A17 Bionic chipset. Meanwhile, the manufacturer is hearsay to use the same A16 processor for the standard variants.
Recently, an Apple fan ran to the X (Twitter) platform after exploring the newly released tvOS 17 beta firmware. Ahead, he mentioned that four unreleased iPhone models were being added in this new update. Though the code was present since beta 1, no one has noticed it so far.
In the latest development, the company has removed the codes from the upgrade. However, it has left some useful revealings about the upcoming lineup. According to the details, Apple iPhone 15 Pro devices will install the A17 chipset on the surface.

4 unreleased iPhone models were added in tvOS 17 beta 1 but were not noticed until now. They were removed in tvOS 17 beta 5:

Notably, the numbering fits with rumors that the company will use the 3nm A17 chip for the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, whereas the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus get the same A16 chip used in previous devices. The logic is quite twisted, but it hints that Apple used ’15’ to denote devices with an A16 chip.
