Samsung is going to unveil the Galaxy S20 series at the Samsung Unpacked 2020 event on February 11, 2020. Before the official launch, we have the press renders of the Galaxy S20 Ultra, the top model in the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. We have already seen the similar design of the Galaxy S20 Ultra in the unofficial renders.
In the renders (below), you can see the Galaxy S20 Ultra with 100X Zoom, which will be called Super Zoom. It is located separately at the bottom of the camera module.
It will also feature the 108MP primary camera sensor, a 48MP telephoto, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a ToF sensor. It will support 10X optical zoom and 100X digital zoom.

As far we know, the device will come with a 6.9-inch Infinity-O display with a centered hole-punch display, the same as the Galaxy Note 10 devices, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone will be powered by the Exynos 990/ Snapdragon 865 SoC (depending on the market), backed by up to 16GB RAM (standard version will have 12GB RAM).
About the price, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will start at 1,349 Euro (approx. $1500) for the 128GB variant and 1549 Euro (approx. $1700) for the 512GB variant (supports up to 1TB expandable storage via microSD card).
