Chinese phone makers revised shipment targets due to the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic in India
According to the latest report, a list of mobile phone brand manufacturers in mainland China, including Xiaomi, Honor, Realme, OnePlus, and more all of which lowered their shipment targets due to second wave of Covid-19 pandemic in India.

It is said that Xiaomi reduced its annual shipment target from 240 million units to 190 million units this year, which is about 25%. Honor has revised from 50 million units to 35 million units, a decrease of 30%.
Also, Realme has reduced its shipment target for this year from 85 million units to 60 million units, a reduction of 29%. OnePlus has reduced its shipment target from 20 million units to 12 million units, a range of up to 40%.
The supply chain reported that the first wave of price reduces for mobile phones dominated 4G smartphones. The main reason for domestic manufacturers collectively lowering their shipment target is mainly due to the dual interference of the Indian epidemic and shortage of materials, especially Wingtech and Hixih mobile phones. The production capacity of foundry is more affected.
